[Photos]School Teacher flogs 11-year-old pupil so badly he could barely walk

A violence case has been reported on social media as a school teacherflogged a pupil to a point where then pupil could barely walk.

A Kenyan Facebook user, who shared the story online wrote ;

“What Mr. THUO from NJENGA KARUME PRIMARY School in Kiambaa constituency did to an 11 years old pupil for failing his subject. The pupil can barely walk. I thought corporal punishment was banned?
