Uche Maduagwu, a Nollywood star, has shared his gay experience on his official Instagram page.

The controversial actor requested that members of the LGBTQ community be respected in a video he posted.

He remembered how he was treated by a high school teacher after he came out as gay.

He then broke down in tears, stating that many people with his sexuality are mistreated in Nigeria.

Sharing the video, he wrote;

”Shame on all the .naija celebs forming motivational speakers on meghan and harry story but keep silent on homophobia here”
