Recently, there was a ruckus at Kogi State University when a staff of the institution forcefully shaved the hair of young males.

In a video that has gone viral, the staff can be seen in a car driving about campus, cutting the hair of male students with scissors.

He was spotted summoning young males and stopping to shave a portion of their hair.
