He is currently in police custody, having been apprehended while in the act in one of the residence halls.

In the video, it was revealed that the student has a camera in the ladies’ bathrooms that films these ladies whenever they go to the bathroom to take a bath, and that this is done behind their backs.

He then sneaks into these bathrooms after the ladies have finished bathing and retrieves the videos. He reportedly filters the videos and sells them online after he obtains them.
