VIDEO: Breaking News As Confusion As Explosion Hits Lagos

On Sunday morning after an explosion, residents of Surulere, Amuwo Odofin, Oshodi, Ikeja, Alimosho and surrounding area were thrown into chaos. The Nation reports

The blast shook many homes, which also caused some collapse.

Affected residents said the loud sound was the result of the Satellite Town pipeline explosion that caused some buildings at Abule Ado to collapse.

A resident has just said that when the first sound was heard they were in school, bringing down the ceiling.

Another resident also said a nearby two story building collapsed.

We are in touch with our men in Fire Stations around Badagry and Festac, we are trying to gather more information as regards the reported explosion in Lagos State, Nigeria. We are on it.
